In addition to being a recognized expert broker in mountain ranch property in the Rocky Mountains, in 2008 Michael served as National President of the REALTORS ® Land Institute, of the National Association of REALTORS®, an exclusive national organization whose members include the most prominent land brokerage professionals in the industry.

Specializing in ranch brokerage of large ranch & land tracts in the western United States for most of his career, Michael is known for his knowledge of the entire ranch market, and his specialty in valuations. His insights from a career including hundreds of millions of dollars in sales in the sector, are a real added value for his clients. The insight of experience. Priceless.

He holds the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Michael has a lifelong interest in the outdoors, has owned a mountain guiding business in Vail, CO, and is very active outdoors with a history of fishing/hunting/skiing/bicycling/fitness.

With a Masters in Business Administration, an Architectural Engineering degree, and lots of savvy and experience, Dave can really leverage his abilities for your benefit.  Dave has specialized in the brokerage of Ranch, Land, and Commercial properties for the past three years, and designed and sold mechanical equipment for commercial real estate for a decade prior to that.  


Dave, because of his background and style, is able ask the questions, break down the facts and create clear visions from clouds.  Because of his Commercial background Dave can analyze the financial performance of a property so that you can make the appropriate decisions relating to the acquisition or disposition of your Ranch.

As the leader of the Land Division of Keller Williams Colorado West Realty in Grand Junction, Colorado, Dave is in charge and well suited.  He is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute, the home of Land Specialists, and is pursuing his Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with a passion, the better to serve you.  Dave knows that continuing education combined with his real world experience will make him the best resource for you.  


Dave is a certified drone pilot (FAA Part 107), owns agricultural land in Palisade, Colorado, has owned a tree farm, has taught land surveying, and is an Eagle Scout.  Mechanically savvy, Dave enjoys working on improving both land and buildings.
